• Internal diameter mirror-finished to a tolerance of ±0.1 mm for easy loading & unloading of membranes

• External surfaces polished and coated with high-gloss polyurethane paints for UV resistance and excellent aesthetics

• End cap assembly includes:

  • Single-piece molded seal plate

  • High-quality seal ring

  • Heavy-duty aluminum bearing plate

  • 3-turn stainless steel locking ring

  • User-friendly design for easy removal & insertion without special tools

• Permeate port options:

  • Standard 1” half union

  • 1 1/1" BSP(M) threads

  • 1" BSP(F) threads (NPT threads available on request)

• 8" membrane housings available from 1 to 8 elements with pressure ratings of 250 psi, 450 psi, 600 psi, 1000 psi, and 1200 psi

• All models supplied with saddle and stainless-steel straps

• Victaulic couplings available on request
